mint.lgbt Terms of Service

mint.lgbt aims to be a friendly, safe, and inclusive space. In order to allow for this, some guidelines are put in place.

1. Age limits are imposed on services with registration, depending on the juradiction they're hosted or accessed on.
   1. If you're an EU citizen, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), you must be at least 16 years old to create an account on any service with an account system.
   2. If you're located on any other jurasdictions, you must be at least 14 years old to create an account, as declared by article 19.628 of the Penal Code of Chile.
2. NSFW material is permitted as long as it's distributed within the following conditions:
   1. It will only be distributed in spaces where individuals under 18 years of age are NOT and will NOT be present.
   2. It will not depict real-life acts of child sexual abuse, bestiality, necrophilia, or sexual assault.
3. Discrimination based on age, race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical/psychological/socioeconomic status, or subculture, is prohibited, and unjustifiable under any condition.
4. Material promoting acts of violence, and harassment, will not be permitted under the platform.
5. Distribution of copyrighted/pirated material is also not allowed, especially on publicly accessible platforms (such as Femgit or Chibisafe).
